This fast, easy and versatile meal is great for a snack, lunch or dinner. Substitute shrimp for the ground turkey if you’d prefer seafood, or forgo any meat, fish or poultry for a delicious vegan noodle dish.

Keep it healthy with organic vegetables and low sodium soy sauce. And if you’re really ambitious, make your own pasta instead of buying off the shelf. (I’m not that ambitious but if you are, consider me IMPRESSED!)

This dish is equally delicious served hot or cold, and will keep refrigerated in a sealed container for several days.
